Article Marketing - How Hiring A Mentor Coach Can Skyrocket Your Business In Internet Marketing
Article marketing and internet marketing is a great way to make a living. It’s a real blessing to get up every morning, make the long 30 foot commute to my office, and do it all with excitement.
But it was not always this way.
It’s really easy to get distracted on the Internet. There is another “must have new product bus” coming by every few minutes. Many people find it difficult to know what area to focus on and then what to do once you decide.
That all changed for me when I joined a mentor program in the fall of 2005. Internet marketing expert Tom Antion in my mentor, and that has made a huge difference in my business.
The changes, benefits and growth was incremental at first, and then as I stayed with it and continued to work hard, the changes, benefits and growth became exponential.
There is something priceless about having someone who can tell you exactly what to do next and exactly how to do it. This is one of the factors that have made a huge difference for me.
Choosing a mentoring program
Based on my experiences in a mentor program and my experiences running a mentor program for almost 2 years now, here are a few of my suggestions on what to look for in a mentor program -
- Has the mentor done what you want to do?
- Can the mentor communicate and teach well?
- Can the mentor meet you, as the mentee, meet you exactly and your level of expertise and take you to the next level?
- Is the mentor still doing what you want to learn how to do? This is important for keeping up with the latest information, because things can change quickly on the internet.
